About this file

Document Summary

This document is Amendment No. 10 to the DEP Restated Agency Term Contract No. GC801, executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and ECOTECH ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC., effective June 4, 2021. The contract pertains to petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. The amendment modifies rates previously established under the original contract dated February 24, 2014, and updates the Rate Schedule (Attachment D) to Version 3.3.

Amendment No. 10 implements rate adjustments for 173 pay items covering petroleum restoration and environmental remediation services. The revisions include both rate increases and decreases, with increases not exceeding the maximum 5% threshold permitted under contract provision 11.B.ii. Rate increases range from +0.81% to +5.00% across items such as file reviews ($483.00 to $505.00), mobilization services, drilling and boring operations, well installation, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil excavation, debris removal, equipment rental, and professional services. Rate decreases apply to specific items including water analysis services (decreasing from $250.00 to $200.00 for certain priority pollutant analyses) and petroleum storage tank removal services. All rate changes apply exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of June 4, 2021, while pre-existing work assignments continue under the prior Rate Schedule (V3.2). Pre-Rate Change Date work assignments remain unaffected by these modifications.
