About this file

This is Amendment No. 7 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC790, an indefinite delivery contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and AHS-GEAR LLC. The contract, originally executed on April 9, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. The amendment implements rate increases to the contractor's rate schedule effective upon the Rate Change Date of June 19, 2020, following departmental data processing and system entry.

The amendment modifies pricing for 189 pay items across multiple service categories including office activities, field operations, drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, debris and waste removal, remedial action construction, and professional engineering and geology services. Rate increases are applied uniformly at approximately 5 percent or less, consistent with the maximum 5 percent increase authorized under contract provision 11.B.ii. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue under the previous rate schedule (V3.1), with the new rates (V3.2) applicable only to new work assignments issued on or after June 19, 2020. The increases apply to field labor, equipment mobilization, drilling services, laboratory testing, remedial system packages, and professional services. No line items were added, deleted, or otherwise modified; only rates were adjusted. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect.
