About this file
Amendment No. 15 to Agency Term Contract No. GC776 is a rate adjustment amendment executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Taylor Environmental Consulting, LLC. The original contract was executed on February 26, 2014, to provide petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region of Florida. This amendment modifies pricing for services under the existing indefinite delivery contract vehicle without adding, deleting, or otherwise modifying line items.
The amendment implements both rate increases and decreases across approximately 150 pay items in the contractor's rate schedule, effective for all new work assignments issued on or after the Rate Change Date of June 1, 2023. Rate increases range from approximately 2.94% to 8.00%, with most increases clustering between 5% and 8%, while select excavation and disposal line items experience decreases ranging from approximately 10% to 25%. The amendment also clarifies that no new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments shall be issued after the renewal term, though the contract continues in effect up to twelve months thereafter for completion of work assigned during the renewal period. Additionally, the amendment adds a technical specification requiring photo documentation of drums to ensure compliance with the industry standard of 75% full capacity. All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged, with amendment provisions controlling in case of any inconsistency.
