About this file
Contract Summary
Amendment No. 10 to Agency Term Contract No. GC776 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Taylor Environmental Consulting LLC modifies the rate schedule for petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region. The amendment, executed on May 22, 2020, with an effective rate change date of June 19, 2020, adjusts pricing for services previously established under the original contract dated February 26, 2014.
The amendment implements rate increases and decreases across multiple pay items in the contract's rate schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.2). Rate increases, which do not exceed the maximum 5% threshold permitted under contract provision 11.B.ii, apply to the majority of line items and include services such as well installation, drilling and boring, sample collection, laboratory analysis, remedial system operation and maintenance, and professional engineering and geology services. Selected line items received rate reductions, including drum compactor mobilization (–10.34%), domestic water well sampling (–25.00%), and other water sampling services (–15.00%), along with reductions to certain LDA excavation services and groundwater treatment system costs. All pre-amendment work assignments continue to apply the previous rate schedule; the new rates apply exclusively to work assignments offered on or after the effective rate change date. The rate changes do not modify existing line items or add or delete any services from the contract.
