About this file
This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying document issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division within the Department of Administration, located in Carson City, Nevada. The form is a standard federal certification that requires vendors to disclose and certify that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence or attempt to influence government officials in connection with federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements.
The document outlines three key certification requirements: (1) vendors must confirm no federal funds have been used to influence government officials, (2) if non-federal funds have been used for lobbying, the vendor must complete a Standard Form-LLL "Disclosure of Lobbying Activities", and (3) vendors must ensure similar certification language is included in all sub-awards and lower-tier contracts. The form also stipulates potential civil penalties of $10,000 to $100,000 for failing to file the required certification, emphasizing the legal and financial consequences of non-compliance.
