SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: “As Needed” – In addition to the daily requirement, these services may be required more frequently than others, i.e., if a spill occurs, waste containers overflowing, etc. “Daily” services are to be performed Sunday through Saturday. “5//Wk” services are to be performed once each day, Monday through Friday. “2/Wk” services are to be performed two times per week, i.e., Monday & Thursday. “1/Wk” services are to be performed once per week, i.e., Wednesday. “1/Mo” services are to be performed once per month, i.e., first Tuesday. “1/Qtr” services are to be performed quarterly, i.e., January, April, July, & October.
“2/Yr” services are to be performed semiannually, i.e., June & December. “1/Yr” services are to be performed annually, i.e., September.
