About this file
This document is a state contract summary for a Transportation Infrastructure Preconstruction System specifically for the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT). The contract involves multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), Local Public Agencies (LPAs), and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
The contract (Number 434) covers a comprehensive preconstruction system that manages transportation project workflow from initial project master/STIP development through contract execution. The system enables cost estimate storage, specification creation, public note generation, and milestone tracking. An annual DOT subscription fee provides access for external users, allowing city and county contacts to contribute to and manage both state and federally funded projects, including locally funded projects linked to federal aid projects. The full contractor and contract administrator details are referenced to be available on the state contract website.
