About this file
This is a pre-solicitation notice for a construction project solicitation to design and construct a 50,000 gallon elevated steel water storage tank, decommission an existing tank, and perform associated site work for the Indian Health Service in Dustin, Oklahoma. The project magnitude is estimated between $500,000 to $1,000,000, and the NAICS code is 237110. The period of performance is 270 calendar days from notice to proceed. The solicitation will be set aside for small businesses with an Indian economic enterprise preference and utilize lowest price technically acceptable evaluation. A site visit is scheduled for May 17, 2022 and the solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov. The IHS intends to award a firm fixed price construction contract.
