About this file
This is a Pre-Bid Questions and Answers document for the DMH Small Purchase AMHC Landscaping project in Illinois. The document addresses eight key questions from potential bidders regarding project scope and execution requirements. The work will be performed under prevailing wage requirements and will be limited to the area inside the fence at the facility. The site will be secured during work execution with no patients present in the area. Concrete pads must be removed as part of the project work, and portions of the fence may be temporarily removed to facilitate access, provided they are properly reinstalled upon completion.
Contractors are responsible for providing their own water supply for watering and must use the topsoil type specified in the project's scope of work. The facility will provide an onsite location for disposal of excavated dirt. No other specific pricing terms, contract duration, response deadlines, or award information is included in this pre-bid questions document.
