About this file
This document is an August 04, 2025 Addendum from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) related to a construction or road maintenance project. The addendum provides specific instructions for a contractor regarding rock sourcing and transportation, indicating that ODFW has received approval to remove rock from a forest service rock pit located approximately 9 miles up the road from Bridge Creek. The rock is the same material currently being used to fill areas on the road, and the contractor will be responsible for loading and hauling the rock from the pit to the site location.
The addendum specifies that the contractor must obtain a Forest Service Haul permit to transport materials on the 52 road, noting that this permit is provided at no cost. No specific pricing, funding sources, or contract terms beyond the rock transportation requirements are detailed in this document. The addendum appears to be a supplemental instruction to clarify logistical details for an ongoing project, providing guidance on material sourcing and transportation logistics.
