About this file
This document provides instructions for vendors to schedule ship checks for two Coast Guard cutters in order to respond to solicitation number 70Z08524QLREP0002. Interested vendors for the DS HAMILTON FY24 FQ3 requirement must contact the specified Port Engineers for the Coast Guard cutters USCGC JAMES in Charleston, South Carolina or USCGC STRATTON in Alameda, California to arrange a ship check during the solicitation period. The ship checks are necessary for vendors to meet facility access requirements for the cutters' home ports of Charleston and Alameda. Vendor availability is subject to change, so vendors should confirm cutter availability and schedules directly with the listed Port Engineers: LTJG Liam Middleton and LTJG Andrea Harris for Charleston, and LTJG Stephen Bruno and LTJG Joshua Nguyen-Domingo for Alameda.
