About this file
This document contains an audiovisual production completion report template for federal contractors. The template requires contractors to provide detailed information on all elements of audiovisual productions completed for National Park Service projects, including total running time, formats delivered, restrictions, narration sources, music sources, footage sources, clearances and permissions. Contractors must submit licenses, release forms, permission letters and detailed source material lists accounting for every element used in the production. The template standardizes reporting of credits, scripts, sequence information, logs and boxes delivered for each National Park Service media project.
