About this file

This is an Accessibility Compliance Report attachment for the State of Oregon's Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Information Services Request for Proposal for a Secure Services Edge (SSE) Solution. The document serves as a standardized template requiring proposers to demonstrate compliance with digital accessibility standards, specifically the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. Vendors must submit a completed cover sheet with their full accessibility report for each program component tested, documenting whether all web content, applications, and documents meet the required accessibility standards.

The report requires proposers to provide comprehensive documentation of their accessibility compliance approach, including descriptions of how accessibility is integrated into their development process from requirements through maintenance, details of their corrective action processes for resolving accessibility defects, and whether they maintain dedicated staff for digital accessibility oversight. Proposers must also detail their complete testing methodology, specifying whether they use automated testing tools, conduct manual testing with people who have disabilities and use assistive technologies, and identify all client platforms, operating systems, browsers, and assistive technologies used in testing. Additionally, proposers must provide evidence of their accessibility capabilities through links to websites, document samples, or access to digital technology they have developed that meets accessibility standards and is relevant to the SSE solution services being procured.
