Attachment B - Seasonal Decor El Toro Boulevard

This is a scope of work attachment for seasonal lighting and decor services for the City of Lake Forest, detailing specific installation locations along El Toro Boulevard. The project encompasses nine distinct locations for seasonal lighting and decorative installations across a corridor extending from Bridger Road to Jutewood Place/Cornelous Drive. The scope includes seasonal lighting for median trees in four separate median sections (Median 1 through Median 4) spanning from Bridger Road to Raymond Way, with Median 1 extending from Bridger Road to Rockfield Boulevard containing three locations. Additional work involves installation of seasonal lighting for trees and uplighting at the corners of El Toro Road and Rockfield Boulevard, encompassing four locations, and seasonal decor installations for arbor structures at the corners of El Toro and Rockfield Boulevard. The attachment provides visual examples of the expected seasonal lighting treatments and decor applications, including illuminated trees in medians and seasonal garland installations on arbor structures.

No specific pricing terms, contract amounts, response dates, or renewal options are detailed in this attachment, as it functions primarily as a visual and geographical reference document for the scope of work rather than a comprehensive bid solicitation. The attachment serves to clarify the physical locations and types of installations required under the broader City of Lake Forest Request for Proposals for Seasonal and Year-Round Lighting and Decor Services.
