About this file
This attachment document outlines the eVA Vendor Registration Requirements issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of General Services (DGS) for use in connection with a state and local contract opportunity. The document establishes the mandatory registration and compliance procedures that vendors must follow to participate in procurement opportunities through Virginia's eVA system, which serves as the central procurement portal for state agencies and authorized public bodies. The requirements specify the necessary steps for vendor registration, including business entity documentation, tax identification verification, and system access credentials needed to submit proposals or bids for state contracts.
The vendor registration requirements detailed in this attachment are essential prerequisites for any firm seeking to respond to the Tyler Building Renovation Architectural/Engineering Services RFP or other Virginia state procurement opportunities. Vendors must complete all registration requirements and maintain current, accurate information within the eVA system throughout the procurement process and any subsequent contract period. Failure to meet these registration requirements or maintain compliance may result in proposal rejection or contract termination. The document serves as both an informational guide and a binding checklist for vendors to ensure eligibility and proper submission of their proposals for state-funded projects.
