About this file

This is a Contractor Certification document (Form ST-220-CA) related to New York State's Google Analytics Implementation Invitation for Bid. The procurement seeks an authorized reseller partner for the implementation and renewal of Google Analytics 4 360 products to enable New York State Information Technology Services (ITS) to track and assess state website performance and accessibility. The primary objective is to support the state's "Voice of the Customer" digital accessibility initiative, which aims to transform public services into inclusive, user-friendly digital experiences that serve constituents including those with disabilities. The IFB was published on June 8, 2026, with a bidder inquiry deadline of June 22, 2026, by 2:30 PM EST. The contract requires the contractor to be an authorized reseller of Google Marketing Platform Services and to perform all obligations according to the terms outlined in the IFB solicitation document.

The certification document affirms that the contractor possesses all necessary rights and authority to enter into the contract and perform its obligations. This procurement directly supports New York State's compliance with Policy NYS-P08-005, which establishes minimum accessibility requirements for all state-operated websites and applications. The initiative prioritizes accessibility, transparency, and usability while collecting and analyzing public feedback to inform the design and delivery of digital services reflective of the diversity of New Yorkers.
