About this file
This document contains technical specifications for a construction project to address deferred maintenance at two bunkhouses on the East Animas property, part of the San Juan National Forest in Durango, Colorado. The project includes work across various sections such as rough carpentry, wood patio decking, sheathing, roofing, joint sealants, gypsum board, ceramic tiling, plumbing, and electrical. Key requirements include preservative-treated wood products, standing-seam metal roofing, underlayments, sealants, and installation of tile, fixtures, and electrical components. The document provides detailed specifications for materials, installation, and performance standards for each work section. This appears to be a technical specification document associated with a federal contract opportunity for the GAOA East Animas Bunkhouses Deferred Maintenance project.
