About this file
This document contains a quarterly reporting template for the Durable Module Materials Consortium DuraMAT. The template outlines requirements for a four slide technical summary to be submitted quarterly, including: slide one and two providing a broad summary of project work using graphics in a standardized template format; slide three highlighting a single research result with graphics; and slide four providing a quarterly progress update as a bulleted list. Accompanying the slides, recipients must submit DOE standard reporting on project financials and milestone progress, as well as a cost share report. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of Energy Office of Science seeking proposals for the DuraMAT FY24 Open Call under solicitation number RFx-2024-10021. Awards will support the goals of developing durable, high-performance materials for photovoltaic modules and systems.

– Project Financials (one spreadsheet, two tabs, goes to finance)
• Standard DOE RPPR2 for planned vs. actual spending
• Cost share report
– RPPR2 Technical reporting (one spreadsheet, two tabs, goes to PI)
• Milestone Update (RPPR2)
• Accomplishments list (RPPR2) instructions – delete this slide before submitting Reporting Requirements

– Highlight one result on a single slide
– Mostly graphics
– No template required – make it look good so DuraMAT Leadership can use these slides as necessary
– Just the latest and greatest
– Focused, deeper dive into one specific result
– Create at least two of these each year – typically one for each paper you publish or significant result
