Specific performance objectives address all carpeted areas, restrooms with shower facilities, lobbies, entrances, conference rooms, and break rooms. The contractor must furnish all supplies including unscented hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags (containing minimum 25% recycled post-consumer content and biodegradable material), and other consumables. The government will provide secure lockable storage space and keys at each location. All proposed materials and equipment require Contracting Officer approval, with preference for bio-based products conforming to the USDA Designated Bio-based Products List for applicable custodial categories. Worker's compensation insurance is required unless the contractor is working alone. Keys must be returned upon contract completion, with final invoice payment contingent on key return.
