About this file
This attachment outlines licensing requirements for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) procurement of routine maintenance services for Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs) in Chester County, District 6-0. Contractors bidding on this project must demonstrate compliance with state pesticide application regulations by submitting required documentation within a specified timeframe. The submission requirements are contingent upon receiving apparent low bidder status, establishing a clear compliance checkpoint in the procurement process.
Bidders must submit a current PA Department of Agriculture Pesticide Application Business License for their organization along with copies of current PA Certified Pesticide Applicator Licenses for each individual applicator listed on the PA Certified Pesticide Applicator Licensing Form. These documents must be provided to the PennDOT Purchasing Agent within three days of notice of apparent low bidder status. Failure to submit the required licenses will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive, effectively disqualifying the contractor from award.
