About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and draft solicitation for workboat docking services. The Navy is seeking these services including maintenance, repair and operation of harbor security boats. The past performance questionnaire asks references to rate a contractor's previous performance on a similar contract across criteria such as technical quality, schedule adherence and management. It will be used to evaluate offerors for the new workboat docking requirement. The draft solicitation provides notice that a formal RFP for these services will be issued pending feedback on the draft. It specifies the solicitation and contracting office points of contact for any questions. The pre-solicitation posting aims to inform industry in advance of the planned competitive procurement.
