About this file
This is Amendment 3 to a solicitation issued by the Medical University of South Carolina for club management software. The solicitation was issued on January 29, 2025, with a question deadline of January 31, 2025, at 11:00 AM ET. Offers must be submitted electronically by February 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM ET through http://www.procurement.sc.gov. No pre-bid conference or site visit is required. Award notification is scheduled for March 15, 2025. Offerors must submit one electronic technical proposal, one electronic business proposal, and redacted copies of both documents unless specifically exempted. All offers must remain open for a minimum of 90 calendar days following the opening date. The procurement officer is Andy Champion, reachable at 843-792-1300 or champiow@musc.edu.
According to questions and answers included in the amendment, the MUSC Wellness Center generates approximately 2,400 to 2,600 transactions per month, which represents the anticipated transaction volume for the club management software system. Offerors must register for a South Carolina vendor number prior to submission and acknowledge receipt of all amendments on Page Two of the solicitation. The solicitation applies no vendor preferences, as this is a request for proposals under South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code Section 11-35-1524. No specific pricing terms, contract duration, or renewal options are detailed in this amendment document.
