About this file
This is Amendment 1 to a solicitation for club management software issued by the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). The procurement seeks a qualified vendor to provide club management software solutions. Offerors must submit one electronic technical proposal, one electronic business proposal, and redacted copies of both documents marked as confidential. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on January 6, 2024, at 11:00 AM ET via Microsoft Teams, with prospective bidders required to contact the procurement officer at champiow@musc.edu at least one hour prior to obtain login information. The deadline for submitting questions is January 6, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET. Offers must be submitted electronically by January 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM ET through http://www.procurement.sc.gov. The award is scheduled to be posted on March 15, 2024. Offerors must hold their offers open for a minimum of 90 calendar days following the opening date.
Evaluation of proposals will occur in two phases, with Phase One assessing the executive overview, technical solutions and functionality, experience and qualifications, and business proposal. Phase Two will consist of demonstrations. The relative importance of evaluation factors is listed in descending order, with executive overview being most important. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by amendment number and date on Page Two of the solicitation or by indicating receipt in their bid submission. All procurement and contract-related notices will be sent to the notice address provided by the offeror. No specific pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, or funding amounts are detailed in this amendment document.
