About this file

This document is Amendment #2 for Invitation to Bid (ITB) Event #32101-13644, issued by the Tennessee Department of General Services for the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC), addressing modifications to the procurement of two mobile office units. The amendment clarifies and responds to multiple vendor questions regarding specifications, including electrical systems, HVAC requirements, interior layout, seating configurations, cabinet placements, and power management. Key changes include the addition of two 100-amp hour lithium batteries, a 2KW pass-through inverter, dual roof-mounted A/C units with heat strips, fixed bar stool seating, and revised cabinet configurations.

The amendment maintains the original procurement's focus on safety and functionality for Department of Correction employees, with specific design elements intended to improve workplace ergonomics and operational efficiency. The modifications appear to refine technical specifications without fundamentally altering the procurement's core requirements, ensuring vendors understand the precise expectations for the mobile office units. The amendment is effective immediately, with all other terms and conditions of the original ITB remaining in full force and effect.
