About this file
This is Amendment 1 to a Request for Proposal issued by the State of South Carolina, specifically the Department of Health & Human Services, for Hosting/Infrastructure and Operations and Enhancements (O&E) Services for South Carolina's Medicaid Member Management System (MMS). The procurement officer is Nathan Dawson, reachable at (803) 737-9931 or ndawson@mmo.sc.gov. The amendment's primary purpose is to reschedule the offer submission deadline from the original date to January 14, 2022 at 11:00 am and to reschedule the award posting date to March 22, 2022. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 14, 2021 at 11:00 am via online platform, with interested parties required to email the procurement officer by noon on October 13, 2021 for call-in instructions. Offerors must submit two copies online—one original and one redacted copy—and must hold their offers open for a minimum of 180 calendar days after the opening date.
Questions from offerors were originally due by October 15, 2021 at 4:00 pm and will be addressed in a forthcoming Amendment 2. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning it, identifying the amendment number and date on page two, submitting correspondence, or indicating receipt within their bid submission. All other terms, conditions, bidding instructions, and specifications from the original solicitation remain unchanged. Bidders are responsible for monitoring www.procurement.sc.gov for additional amendments and must contact the procurement officer for any clarifications, referencing the "Duty to Inquire" clause in the original RFP.
