The Contractor shall notify the contracting officer in writing within the timeframes specified in paragraph (b) of this clause that the data have been validated or updated, and provide the date of the validation or update.

SECTION M--EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD
M.1 Award Determination The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive and responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. An award may be made to a quoter other than the lowest priced quoter, if that higher-priced quoter provides the best value.

The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary.
