About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Proposal issued by the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department for Utility Distribution & Collection System Continuing Engineering Services under Project No. PBCWUD 26-019. Addendum No. 7, dated July 1, 2026, addresses clarifications regarding proposal submission requirements for qualified consulting firms responding to this continuing engineering services contract in Florida.
The addendum provides two key clarifications regarding personnel documentation and certification submissions. Consultants are required to submit resumes only for key and lead personnel using the Standard Form 330, rather than resumes for all personnel listed on organizational charts. Additionally, while consultants may voluntarily include copies of SBE (Small Business Enterprise) certifications and prequalification letters in their proposals, these documents are optional and, if included, should be placed in an appendix or attachment section at the end of the proposal submission.
