About this file
This is an Addendum to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by Boston Public Schools for postsecondary enrollment data services. The addendum clarifies a critical inconsistency regarding the bid due date, establishing October 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time as the official submission deadline for all vendor proposals. The solicitation (EV00017981) requests active enrollment rosters tracking Boston Public Schools graduates currently and previously enrolled in postsecondary programming. The scope requires vendors to collect and deliver student-, school-, and district-level reports covering postsecondary enrollment, persistence, and graduation status for BPS graduates over at least the previous eight school years, tracking 19 specified data fields including BPS ID, student names, college information, enrollment dates, and graduation status. The estimated contract term is three years, running from execution through June 30, 2029, with an estimated start date of November 1, 2026. The addendum also clarifies that no formal question-and-answer period was included as part of the IFB, rendering any previously listed deadlines for submitting questions or receiving responses null and void. Vendors may direct inquiries directly to Jazmin Flores at jflores5@bostonpublicschools.org.
Vendors must demonstrate expertise in providing postsecondary enrollment data services to large, urban school districts and may propose pricing on a per-school basis, per-student basis, or submit alternative pricing models. The city provided enrollment data for 40 BPS schools serving grades 9-12 across three school years (SY23-24 through SY25-26), with school enrollments ranging from 11 to 1,611 students to inform pricing estimates. The Boston Jobs, Living Wage, and Prevailing Wage Ordinance applies to covered vendors with 25 or more company-wide full-time equivalent employees, requiring a minimum wage of $19.36 per hour (effective July 1, 2026) for all employees working on the contract. Required insurance includes Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence), Workers' Compensation, Automobile Liability, Umbrella Liability, Technology Errors & Omissions/Cyber Liability ($1 million), Third Party Crime/Employee Dishonesty ($1 million), and Professional Services ($2 million). Vendors must submit bids electronically through Boston's Supplier Portal or by sealed mail to 2300 Washington Street, Roxbury, MA 02119, and all proposals must include an executive summary, scope response, quality requirements checklist, insurance documentation, non-collusion and tax compliance forms, and completed pricing sheet in Excel format.

Boston Public Schools Superintendent Mary Skipper
EV00017981
SUBJECT: of a correction to an inconsistent date listed in
This addendum serves to inform vendors of an of a correction to an inconsistent date listed in (IFB) EV00017981
Boston Public Schools is issuing this addendum to clarify inconsistencies in the dates listed in the IFB.
The correct Bid Due Date is October 23, 2026. While this date was correctly stated in the IFB, another section inadvertently listed an incorrect date. Please use October 23, 2026 as the official Bid Due Date.
Additionally, a formal Q&A period was not included as part of this IFB. Therefore, any dates listed in the IFB related to a deadline for submitting questions or a date by which responses to questions would be posted are not applicable and have been stricken from the IFB.
Vendors with questions regarding this IFB may submit them directly to the procurement contact listed in the solicitation.
All other terms and conditions of the IFB remain unchanged.
