About this file
This is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals issued by the City of Minneapolis Procurement Office for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) implementation project. Addendum #1 was issued on October 13, 2026, for Event #0000004316, with a proposal response deadline of 2:00 pm Minneapolis time on November 3, 2026. The addendum revises Section III of the RFP regarding Proposal Format requirements and adds a new mandatory item to the submission. Prospective consultants are advised to log into the eSupplier portal at least two hours before the deadline to ensure successful proposal submission and can contact eprocurement@minneapolismn.gov for technical assistance with portal access.
The revised Proposal Format section now requires seven distinct components: an Executive Summary outlining the consultant's understanding of the RFP scope and project team structure; a detailed Scope of Services describing tasks and deliverables; Experience and Capacity documentation demonstrating relevant qualifications; project references of similar size and scope; a Cost/Fees proposal including cost breakdown by service year and billing schedule; Company Financial Information including bankruptcy history verification; and a completed Proposal Form with Attachment C detailing Cloud Technical Capabilities. The addition of item #7 regarding Cloud Technical Capabilities represents the primary change introduced in this addendum.
