About this file

This is an Addendum 01 to an ARFQ (Asphalt Resurfacing and Facility Quotation) issued by the West Virginia Department of Transportation for asphalt crack sealant work in District 5. The addendum clarifies and modifies terms contained in the original solicitation for crack sealant application services on state roadways within the specified district. Key modifications address specification requirements, material standards, and application procedures for the asphalt crack sealant work. The addendum supersedes conflicting language in the original ARFQ and establishes updated technical requirements and performance standards that bidders must follow. Response deadlines and submission requirements remain subject to the original solicitation timeline, with all bids required to acknowledge receipt and compliance with this addendum.

The addendum provides clarification on pricing structures, material specifications, and quality assurance requirements for the crack sealant services. Bidders are required to meet all technical specifications outlined in both the original ARFQ and this addendum, with pricing to be submitted according to the original solicitation format. The work is expected to be performed within District 5 of West Virginia and is subject to state procurement regulations and the department's standard contract terms. Any incumbent contractor information and specific funding allocations remain as stated in the original ARFQ document.
