About this file
This document is a Participating Addendum template for a North Dakota Online Legal Subscription Services contract involving West Publishing Corporation, a Thomson Reuters business. The addendum serves as a supplemental agreement to the primary Master Services Contract (Contract Number 215), designed to enable purchasing entities within North Dakota's jurisdiction to utilize the state's master contract, potentially including state agencies, universities, public schools, and political subdivisions.
The contract appears to cover Westlaw online legal research services, with provisions for purchase orders, multi-year agreements, and specific contact management. The addendum establishes a framework for participating entities to issue purchase orders under the state master contract, with the contract number 215 to be included on all orders. While specific pricing details are not provided in this template, the document indicates that the contract includes order forms and allows for continued service under existing multi-year agreements even after the primary contract's termination. The addendum is structured to remain in effect until the Master Services Contract's termination date, with flexibility for early termination according to the contract's terms.
