About this file
This document is a Participating Addendum for State Contract #100 involving Off-Site Secure Record Storage and Retrieval services. The primary parties include AAction Movers as the contractor and an unspecified participating government entity. The master contract is managed by the Office of Management & Budget, North Dakota State Procurement Office. The document establishes the terms for a participating entity to utilize the master contract, with primary contact being John Hoffman, Director of AAction Records Center, located in Rosser Avenue.
The contract covers off-site secure record storage and retrieval services, with no specific subcontractors authorized. Purchase orders issued under this addendum will be bound by the master contract's terms, and can be submitted through business procurement cards. The addendum does not specify detailed pricing, service levels, or contract amounts. The agreement is effective upon approval and will continue until the master contract's termination date, with provisions for multi-year agreements to remain in effect even after the addendum's expiration. The contract is to be executed by the participating entity and AAction Movers, with Scott Herman listed as the contractor's president.
