About this file

This is a pricing schedule document for RFP 260000002197, a statewide janitorial services contract issued by the State of Michigan. The request encompasses janitorial services across multiple regions (Statewide and Regions 1-10) and requires contractors to submit a comprehensive pricing matrix in Excel format. The pricing schedule establishes rates for floor care costs including hardwood stripping and refinishing, ceramic power scrubbing, concrete re-sealing, and terrazzo stripping and resealing, all priced per square foot. Additionally, contractors must provide wage rates for multiple position types including daytime and nighttime cleaners, supervisors in working and oversight capacities, and up to ten additional hourly positions, with flexibility to designate experience levels, shift differentials, and regional variations.

Contractors must submit pricing for four sample location specification sheets for evaluation purposes, even if they do not intend to service those locations, and may submit alternative pricing formats alongside the required Schedule B pricing. The pricing submission must include all costs associated with service delivery, including one-time setup charges, shipping and handling, per-piece pricing, and palletizing fees. Additional services priced on the schedule include emergency services, infectious disease control cleaning, carpet cleaning, chair cleaning, facility maintenance, and conference room cleaning services. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment terms with specified discount percentages, and by submitting a proposal, the contractor certifies that prices were developed independently without consultation with competitors. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as requested may result in proposal disqualification.
