Question Answer Does the FHWA have a cost construction estimate for this project? Please see section A-3 (page 11) of the Invitation for Bid pdf that is provided the Attachments/Links section of the solicitation. There is an estimated range under the category Estimated Price.

I am wondering what the completion date is for the aggregate road base work and asphalt paving.

Any item without a specific completion date must be completed by the completion date for all work. Please see page E-15.

Regarding the specs from Section 153, the full-time on-site QC requirement.

If this person has many years of field experience but not a construction management or construction degree, is this acceptable? Similarly, is it acceptable if this person has a construction management degree and some experience, but not the 3-year minimum?
