About this file
This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation for highway construction work. The solicitation is for the SD FTNP 10(9) project located in Badlands National Park and the Minuteman Missile Visitors Center. The work includes mill and overlay and reconstruction at two locations in Badlands National Park, and slurry seal work at the Minuteman Missile Visitors Center, which can be completed under the main schedule or two options. The amendment replaces pages in the special contract requirements and modifies language around survey and staking measurements as well as quality control plan requirements. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by the specified date and time or their bid may be rejected. The federal Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration are agencies involved in this procurement.
