About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for RVSS-U 80' and 120' Relocatable Towers. The amendment incorporates revisions to the statement of work including an updated shipping address. It also includes standard first article testing and approval clauses requiring contractors to test one unit of the first lot and submit a test report within 45 days for approval by the contracting officer. Contractors must notify the contracting officer in writing at least 15 days before beginning first article tests so the government may witness them. If first article tests are disapproved, contractors must repeat the tests at their own cost. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 6973GH-23-R-00202 for RVSS-U 80' and 120' Relocatable Towers issued by the Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Franchise Acquisition Services.
