Addendum 03

Supplier Inquiry and Response

Q1. I wanted to ask about a possible addendum to push the delivery date from Sept 1st to sometime in November. Most of the projects can be delivered on or around Sept 1st but the KOS Tree and Pixel Pines are custom items that cannot start to be built until there is a physical PO put in place. These usually take several months to complete.

A1. The KOS Tree and Pixel Pines delivery date deadline has been extended to November 12th, 2026. All other items must be delivered by September 1st, 2026.
