About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment for Contract Number 284, specifically for Desktop Emergency Alert Software, between the State of North Dakota (acting through its Office of Management and Budget) and Everbridge, Inc. The amendment is designated as Amendment Number 1 and involves both parties formally agreeing to modify the original contract terms.
The contract originally commenced on its effective date and was set to end on March 1st, 2024, with provisions for up to five 12-month renewal options. After this renewal, the contract retains four remaining renewal options. All other original contract terms remain unchanged, and the amendment will become effective upon full execution by both parties, as evidenced by the signatures of Shirley Devlin-Lebow (Chief Accounting Officer from Everbridge) and Sowmya Karumanchi (IT Procurement Officer from the State of North Dakota).
