RESONSE TO QUESTIONS
5/13/19
Q9: If the previous statement is confirmed that section 7 is considered to be designed, is it possible to get dimensions that are required for the propane tank fencing area so that everyone bids according to the same dimensional needs?
A9: The dimensions of the fence will be approximately 85x50', but contractor shall field verify to ensure that these dimensions will work and will meet all applicable requirements.
Q10: For the propane tank fence, what is the required spacing of the new fence posts?
A10: 7' spacing.
Q11: Sod is requested in the propane tank fencing section, would seeding be acceptable in lieu of so for damaged/disturbed areas?
A11: No, seeding is not acceptable, sod is required.
Q12: For the exit control system, what size bollards are requested (diameter of bollard and length) to protect the exit system? Are there bollards requested for the ticket dispensers as well?
A12: Bollards shall have a 6" diameter and be embedded 24" below ground. Bollard height shall be such that both ticket readers will be protected, including the higher ticket reader that will be for interaction with trucks. Ticket dispensers will be located inside of booths/buildings and will not require bollard protection.
