About this file
This is a Contract for Services Modification between the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) and Deloitte Consulting, LLP, along with a Supplier Diversity Amendment. The modification represents the third and final contract renewal period, extending the agreement from June 29, 2024 to June 28, 2025. The contract is administered by DHS's Division of Enterprise Services, with Amy McDowell serving as the Contract Administrator and Jason Starke as the Contract Manager. Deloitte's Contract Administrator is Keyanna Conner.
The contract covers Consultant Services Lots 2 and 3, with pricing determined by individual engagement rather than a fixed contract amount. The original contract term runs from June 29, 2020 through June 28, 2025, with no additional renewals remaining after this final extension period. The modification incorporates supplier diversity requirements mandating monthly reporting of subcontracting efforts with Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (DVBs) certified by the Wisconsin Department of Administration. Additionally, the contract includes a high-risk IT review provision requiring Department of Administration approval for any scope changes that would increase the contract price, as mandated by Wisconsin Statute 16.973(13).
