Pre-Bid Meeting

FOR

Project 660-15-111 Legionella- Mixing Valves, Schematics, Controls

The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision required to complete the construction of the Station Level Project 660-15-111 entitled Legionella- Mixing Valves, Schematics, Controls. The project is an upgrade to the plumbing system located within Building 1 2nd Floor 56,300 square feet, Building 1 3rd Floor 47,350 square feet, Building 3 1st Floor 23,650 square feet (excludes 8,650 SF Psych Rehab Bed), Building 3 2nd Floor 12,465 square feet (excludes vacant, common, & engineering spaces), Fisher House 14,631 square feet, Building 42, and Building 43. The project site includes areas within the main hospital building on campus, which will remain active during construction.

As such, thorough attention to keeping a secure site and keeping all items that could pose a self-harm risk or be used to hurt others must be kept in locked construction site at all times. Infection control requirements shall be adhered to at all times.

Confirmation of construction range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.00.

Bid Guarantee & Payment/Performance Bonds: Bid Guarantee & Payment/Performance Bonds:

IAW FAR 52.228-15, offerors are reminded that any award amount exceeding $150,000 shall require both Payment and Performance Bonds. Performance and Payment bonds are due no later than 10 calendar days after award. Original bid guarantee due at time of solicitation closing.

Address to send original bid bonds is in instructions to offerors. If original bid guarantee is not received by the solicitation closing date and time, proposal will be late and will not be considered.

Contractor shall begin performance within 10 days after Notice To Proceed (NTP) and complete within 365 days.

Post Award Compliance:
