About this file
This document contains a federal contract opportunity notice and related facility screening procedures. The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation to replace the roof systems on Building 163 at the Olin E. Teague Veterans' Medical Center in Temple, Texas. The project is estimated to cost between $2 million and $5 million. It is a 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Interested contractors must be verified as SDVOSBs by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation by the time proposals are due. The facility screening procedures outline temperature check requirements and entry points for visitors and employees at the Temple medical center, with some gates open 24/7 and others following daytime-only schedules.
