This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for a construction project to build an addition and renovate an outpatient facility. The project will construct an approximately 8,000 square foot addition to Building 7 of a VA medical center and renovate 9,850 square feet. The addition will be on the first and second floors of the building's A-wing to the north and east. Scope of work includes a new chiller and cooling tower, delivery of new HVAC and electrical utilities via a pipe basement, and asbestos and lead abatement.
