This document is an Attachment C - Technical Requirements for an RFP (Request for Proposal) for Drone Services, Solicitation Number 357835-MTC. It outlines the functional and technical requirements for an autonomous drone infrastructure and services to provide situational awareness, security, site inspections, and contingency response for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab).

The key requirements include infrastructure elements such as automated battery recharging, video downloading, temperature-controlled launch ports, security cameras, and network/power specifications. It also specifies technical requirements around security, system capabilities, integration, and service design. Vendors must comply with various security, data ownership, and service level standards. The RFP solicitation is being issued by the Department of Energy's Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, with proposals due by August 30, 2024. Vendors must fill out several attachments, including the Vendor Response Template, Pricing Proposal, and Subcontractor Representations and Certifications.
