About this file

This document is a Pricing Sheet for Request for Proposal No. BPM006719 for Statewide Emergency Response Services and Solutions, issued by the State of Arizona. The document appears to be a solicitation for an emergency response services contract, with a focus on detailed pricing and scenario-based deployment capabilities for various emergency situations across different Arizona counties, including Cochise, Navajo, and Yuma Counties.

The pricing document outlines three specific emergency response scenarios with associated costs and a consistent 3% project management fee. Scenario #1 involves deploying a self-sustaining base camp capable of supporting 1,000 persons per day for 3 months at $625,000 per day. Scenario #2 focuses on a Point of Dispensing (POD) Facility with helicopter operations and high-profile truck delivery in Kayenta, designed to support area residents after a flood, with FEMA supplying basic supplies. Scenario #3 involves setting up a Temporary Support Center after a fire in Welton, with provisions for power, communications, and a morgue, priced at $145,000 per week. The document emphasizes that proposed pricing must be comprehensive, including all fees and charges, and is subject to an independent review for reasonableness and best value by the State of Arizona.
