About this file

The document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. BPM006719 issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office for Statewide Emergency Response Solutions and Services. The solicitation specifically focuses on infrastructure security controls, involving 1596 Strategic Response Solutions, LLC as a potential contractor. The document outlines detailed requirements for data security, specifically referencing the State of Arizona's Data Security Standard S8120 and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) security control frameworks.

The RFP requires contractors to comply with specific security protocols based on data classification levels - NIST Low Impact for Public State Data and NIST Moderate Impact for Confidential State Data. Contractors must either be already authorized through AZRAMP, FedRAMP, or StateRAMP, or complete a multi-stage assessment process. This includes submitting an AZRAMP Level 1 Prerequisite Control Sheet during the proposal stage, undergoing an AZRAMP assessment within 45 days of contract award, and potentially obtaining StateRAMP Authorization within one year of notification. The document indicates the state is moving towards requiring StateRAMP Authorization for contractors handling state data, with specific requirements for registration and authorization timelines.
