About this file
This is an Immigration Certification Form (Form 3) related to a Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services contract for Goodlette-Frank Road Ditch Improvements Section-A issued by Collier County, Florida. The form serves as a certification document required from proposers in response to the County's Request for Professional Services. CEI services are sought to provide construction oversight during the project delivery phase, with the consultant firm functioning as the liaison between Collier County and the construction contractor. The CEI consultant will be responsible for observing contractor work, monitoring progress and quality, identifying discrepancies with contract plans and specifications, and directing corrective action as needed. Historically, Collier County has allocated approximately 10 to 12 percent of total construction contract costs to CEI services, though this may not represent future procurement patterns.
The Immigration Certification Form requires proposers to make specific attestations regarding compliance with immigration-related statutory requirements and regulations applicable to Florida state and local contracts. This certification is a mandatory compliance document that must be completed and submitted as part of the proposal package for the Goodlette-Frank Road Ditch Improvements project.
