About this file

This document is Amendment No. I for the Glazier and Window Treatment Services solicitation (SDMC No. 25-0076-KD) issued by the School District of Manatee County Purchasing Department in Bradenton, Florida on October 4, 2024. The amendment specifically modifies the original bid by clarifying that for glazier services only, a markup greater than 15% may be submitted.

The amendment provides a technical adjustment to the original bid terms, potentially giving bidders more flexibility in pricing for glazier-specific services. The document includes standard legal language regarding protest procedures under Florida Statutes, which outlines the process and potential consequences for failing to file a protest or post required bond within specified timeframes. The amendment is signed by Kimberlie Dufon, the Buyer for the Manatee County School District.
