About this file
This document is an Award Summary for Invitation to Bid #24250087B-VG for Art Supplies issued by Seminole County Public Schools in Florida. The bid covers a comprehensive range of art materials across 78 line items, with estimated quantities varying from 10 to 4,600 units per item, including spray adhesives, brushes, paints, markers, crayons, pencils, clay, and other art-related supplies. Multiple vendors were awarded portions of the contract, including Blick Art Materials, Cascade School Supplies, National Art & School Supplies, Pyramid School Products, S&S Worldwide, Nasco Education, Quill LLC, and others. The contract is effective upon Board approval or May 13, 2025, with potential for a one-year renewal, and requires FOB inside delivery to the Seminole County School Board Warehouse in Sanford, Florida.
The total award value shows a 2% decrease from the previous year, with 2024-2025 total award dollars at $92,321.43 compared to $94,576.98 in 2023-2024. Pricing is highly specific, with many items requiring exact brand matches (such as Crayola 'ONLY' for certain products) and precise specifications. The bid allows the School Board flexibility in awarding all or none, by lot, by partial lot, or by individual item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s). Vendors were required to submit additional documentation including Drug-Free Workplace Certification, References, Debarment Certification, and Conflict of Interest Disclosure. The procurement supports Seminole County Public Schools' educational programs across 67,000 students in 37 elementary schools, 12 middle schools, 9 high schools, 6 special centers, a virtual school, and 4 charter schools.
