About this file

This is an Internal Cost Estimate (ICE) document prepared for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Colorado, which intends to replace five riding sweeper-scrubber floor cleaners for use in bus depot facilities, parking lots, and warehouses. The ICE was created by Mason Neil on May 20, 2026, and submitted by Western Paper - Imperial Dade through account manager Jeff Hartman. The document outlines the procurement of new clean-diesel driven ride-on sweeper-scrubber units, with a quantity of five units specified in the detailed cost breakdown. The ICE serves as the internal cost justification and baseline for the formal procurement process.

The base cost for this procurement totals $450,000.00, calculated at $90,000.00 per unit for five sweeper-scrubber machines. No optional items or upfitting costs are included in the current estimate. The cost summary indicates that the $450,000.00 figure represents full compensation for all work to be performed pursuant to the contract. The detailed cost breakdown is structured in lump-sum and unit-price formats, with the detailed itemization matching the summary totals. No specific contract term, renewal options, set-asides, or additional funding source information is provided in this ICE document, which appears to be a template-based estimate requiring further completion or modification prior to final RFP submission.
